Returns

All of our products are made to order especially for you. This helps us avoid unnecessary waste and overproduction.

Because each item is produced individually after an order is placed, we kindly ask that you check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

For customers who have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, including eligible UK customers, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it. You will then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Items must be returned in their original condition and must not show signs of use beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect or try the item.

Personalised or Custom-Made Products

Products that are personalised or made specifically to your individual specifications cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs showing the problem.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Please check the sizing information on the product page carefully before ordering.

Where you are exercising a legal right to cancel your order, you may return an eligible item in accordance with the return procedure above.

Outside of any statutory cancellation rights, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds simply because the wrong size, colour, or product was ordered.
