Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order especially for you. Because your items are produced after your order is placed, delivery may take a little longer than you might expect from a traditional online store.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our standard estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–10 working days
All other countries: 7–15 working days

These estimates include the time needed to produce and ship your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, customs processing and adverse weather.

Holiday Periods

During particularly busy periods, including Christmas and other major holidays, production and delivery may take longer than usual.

If you're ordering a gift or need your order by a specific date, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Multiple Packages

Some products may be produced and shipped from different fulfilment locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and at different times.

Don't worry if part of your order arrives before the rest — you won't be charged any additional shipping fees for separate packages.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
